Understanding client's business, job role, and organizational culture. Identify skills, experience and qualification criteria. Define job description, salary range, and timeline.
Strategic Sourcing Plan
Decide on sourcing channels. (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Develop a targeted outreach and advertising strategy. Engage internal candidate database if available.
Talent Acquisition / Candidate Sourcing
Launch job postings across selected platforms. Headhunt suitable profiles using professional networks. Screen resumes for relevance and shortlisting.
Candidate Evaluation and Shortlisting
Match shortlisted candidates to job requirements. Prepare and submit candidate profiles to client with summaries. Schedule interviews with the client’s team.
Client Interviews
Coordinate interview logistics (virtual or in-person) Collect feedback from both client and candidates Support client with interview assessment if needed
Reference & Background Checks
Contact previous employers or references. Verify credentials, employment history, and conduct.
Offer Management
Facilitate negotiation of compensation and terms. Prepare and issue offer letters. (or assist client with the same) Ensure candidate acceptance and confirm joining.
Post-Offer Follow-Up
Maintain regular contact with candidate until onboarding. Handle counter-offers or retention issues proactively.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate start date and orientation requirements. Share joining checklist with candidate and client. Ensure smooth transition into the new role.
